Thank you for being a speaker at Trendigital Summit 2020! Below you will find all needed information; however, if you have any questions, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The quality and consistency of conference presentations has a major impact on the attendees' overall satisfaction with the conference. Therefore, we ask that all speakers:
- Please incorporate all slides into one final presentation, if there is more than one speaker for the session.
- Please provide us with the FINAL version of your presentation, in electronic form via Google Slides link or PPT to email@example.com by Friday, February 21, 2020.
- Please plan for 40-50 minutes of material for breakout sessions or 50-60 minutes for keynote sessions.
- To allow for maximum viewing quality, the session rooms will display the presentation in an aspect ratio of 4:3.
- We will provide a tech in each meeting room to assist with any audio/visual needs before and throughout your presentation.
NOTE: In your session room the laptop will be pre-loaded with the presentation you submit to us. If you update your presentation after sending it to us, please provide an updated version to firstname.lastname@example.org by February 26, 2020.
Standard Audiovisual Equipment
Each presentation room will have a screen, laptop, podium, LCD projector, internet access, one wireless presentation remote (for each speaker), and one wireless microphone (for each speaker). If you will need additional or different equipment, please contact us at email@example.com by Friday, February 21, 2020. All additional requests must be approved Click Rain.
Thursday - February 27, 2020
When you arrive, please find the check-in table and let our staff know you’re a speaker. You’ll be given your speaker name tag, shown to the speaker green room, and shown where you'll be presenting.
Arrival Time + Conference Attendance
Click Rain is offering a waived registration fee for the conference should you wish to attend. Conference registration begins at 8:00 am. Otherwise, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your speaking time.
Please plan to be outside of your room (or in your room if you’re attending the previous session) at least 10 minutes before your speaking time to help us stay on track. Please keep your presentation duration to 40-50 minutes for breakout sessions or 50-60 minutes for keynotes.
Prior to your presentation, a Click Rain team member will introduce you and your session. Click Rain will be writing introductions based on the bio you provided.
Question & Answer Session
If you'd like to answer audience questions at the end of your presentation, you are welcome to do so. Please let the Click Rain representative in your presentation room know ahead of time if you plan to take questions. He or she can help field questions. A wireless mic will be available.
At any time throughout the conference, you are welcome to use the Speaker Green Room. This room will have access to water, soda and snacks, as well as a seating area for all speakers. Additionally, please enjoy the lunch and snacks provided to all conference attendees.
